Review the platform audit
Overview
This page is for AtomicX platform administrators. Tenant Owners, Admins and Users can't open it.
AtomicX Chat records every platform administration decision, whether it was allowed or denied. That includes creating, changing or deleting tenants, plans, AI models and global administrators, reconciling usage, and work done inside a tenant with platform authority, such as editing the Application assistant's knowledge, reviewing tenant improvements or syncing the Help articles. Each record shows who acted, which tenant was affected, the operation, the outcome and when it happened (in UTC). Records never contain the content that was changed.
Opening the page is itself recorded, as ReviewPlatformAudit.
Records are kept for 365 days by default and then deleted automatically. The Retention (days) card shows the period that applies to your installation.
Steps
Review recent decisions
- In the sidebar, go to Monitoring & testing → Platform audit.
- The cards at the top show how many records are Shown, how many were Allowed and Denied, and the Retention (days).
- The table lists the newest 500 matching records first, with When (UTC), Actor, Operation, Tenant and Outcome.
An Actor of Unknown (not signed in) means the attempt came without a valid sign-in. A Tenant of Platform-wide means the operation didn't target a single tenant, such as changing a plan.
Filter the list
- Choose an Operation, an Outcome (Allowed or Denied) and a Tenant, or leave them on All.
- To limit the dates, set From and To. Both days are included and are read as UTC.
- Click Apply. Click Refresh to load new records with the same filters.
Tips
- Filter on Denied to spot people trying platform actions they're no longer allowed to do, for example after their administrator role was removed.
- Hover over an actor's name to see their user ID.
- To keep records for a different period, ask whoever runs your installation to set
PlatformAudit:RetentionDays.
